Wellinks is a personalized virtual care program for COPD. We combine access to health coaching and technology in the comfort of your own home so you can gain better control of your symptoms and get back to the activities that you love. You'll be paired with a care team member who'll work with you to create a personalized plan for your goals. Wellinks includes breathing classes, one-on-one sessions, exercise plans, support groups, and more. You can also track your progress, pulse ox, and symptoms via the Wellinks app.
